I'm a cybersecurity-focused IT professional based in Rochester, NY, with 3+ years of experience protecting critical healthcare infrastructure. My journey has taken me from system administration at the help desk level to managing application security across 9 hospitals and 100+ outpatient facilities.
Originally from Southern California, I made the cross-country move to Rochester in 2023, trading 60-degree winters for actual seasons (and learning what real cold feels like). The move brought me closer to great friends and led to an opportunity at URMC where I've been able to dive deep into healthcare cybersecurity, HIPAA compliance, and infrastructure security.
